For over 40 years and without equivocation, Mark Huckins, the founder, has never charged a customer a service fee to repair their blinds.  Our philosophy is simple, take care of your customers and they will be your greatest advocates. This may seem a bit radical to our competitors but to the Lifetime Blinds team it's viewed as a game-changing service.  And our customers love us all the more for it.

As blinds and shades evolve they've become more complex. Automatic, motorized, and cordless shades are growing in demand.  And with innovation comes maintenance and service.  Even the highest quality brands can malfunction.  Which brings us to what we believe is the greatest value proposition of buying from Lifetime Blinds... we're local and service calls are free.

 

We never charge our customers for service calls.  We exceed the manufacturer's 5 year warranty with our Free Lifetime Service Warranty. You'd be hard pressed to find this anywhere else.

 

We will replace any part for manually operational shades free of charge (as long as the parts are available).  We even carry a very special brand that will replace the entire shade should it malfunction for as long as you own it.  This is an amazing consumer offering.

Motorized shades come with a 5 year warranty. If a motor burns out or becomes inoperable after the expiration we will replace the motor at cost.  

 

We also have access to Hunter Douglas parts and Dealer Service Centers throughout the United States.
